Change of plans: We know life can be unpredictable. If for any reason you need to reschedule your Delivery or Pick Up for a different day, don’t hesitate to call us! We are flexible so if something comes up, just let us know!
Payment: Payment will be taken online at time of order. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Use your debit card just like a check! Just be sure the Visa or MasterCard logo appears on the card.
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed We take pride in our every dinner we make! If you’re not satisfied, for whatever reason, (wrong ingredient(s), quality, or you’re just not happy with a meal) let us know! We will replace your dinner with an equal serving size of the same menu item or a different menu item. Our number one priority is that you and your family have a great experience with Dinner Studio products.
One Order — One Delivery We are a family owned company and we’re not a big family! We will gladly deliver one order to one physical address. If you choose to share an order with another family, great! We will deliver the entire order to the address of your choice.
Delivery Orders We pledge that each dinner you receive is carefully prepared, personalized, and packaged. We guarantee that your dinners will arrive at your chosen delivery address in a safe, timely, manner in a temperature controlled environment. We will always act responsibly when delivering your order. It is important that each dinner, once delivered, is refrigerated or frozen immediately. You are responsible for your meals once they have been delivered to your address.
Pick Up Orders If you decide to pick up your dinners, we recommend that you bring a cooler. This will ensure a safe, temperature-controlled environment for the transportation of your meals. We do have complimentary paper grocery bags if you happen to forget, but a cooler is preferred. Thank you!
Food Handling When you receive your meals, they must be refrigerated or frozen immediately. Dinner Studio does not assume any liability or responsibility for orders requested for Delivery or Pick Up that are not refrigerated or frozen promptly or properly. Care instructions are included with each order.
Allergy Information Our dinners are prepared and packaged on equipment that may process products that contain eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and fish.
Weekly Emails We send weekly emails, coupon offerings, discounts, and seasonal specials. If you wish to exclude your email from our list, simply click the Safe Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. The only bummer: Email addresses taken off the list can never be added back!
We reserve the right to change our prices. (all price changes are a result of careful thought in relationship to the rising costs of food).
