Dinner Studio Variety

Gloria (Dinner Studio’s Recipe Genius) creates a new menu every month with over 24  recipes to choose from.  She works hard to ensure that each menu is balanced, nutritious, and full of flavor, “That’s “Killer”!

Dinner Studio entrees are protein based and the amount of variety in your order is up to you.  Whether it’s our 100% natural chicken, lean beef (grass-fed when available), all natural pork, environmentally sustainable seafood, or vegetarian dinners (tofu available), you will be adding a wide range of essential food value to your families diet!   By adding just a few Dinner Studio dinners per week, you’ll save time, but also add nutritional variety to your dinner table!

Did you know??  A diet rich in variety gives you and your body a better chance of getting all the vitamins and minerals it needs to function properly.  According to the UC Berkeley Wellness Letter, “The first principle of a healthy diet is simply to eat a wide variety of foods.
